- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Citadel refuses to refund money which was taken out of my account because of fraud. They will not reverse a $30 overdraft fee related to purchases which I have proven are fraudulent. I spoke with Leda M. Hart the manager here and she refuses to refund the over draft fee.
